1. Returns for Customers in the United Arab Emirates (UAE)

We offer a 7-day voluntary return period from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • A return request must be made in advance via email or WhatsApp
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is defective or incorrect)

Return Process

  1. Contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your item
  2. We will provide a return form and instructions
  3. Once the item is returned and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened or used hygiene items (e.g. baby care, cosmetics)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Activated digital goods
  • Perishable or food products
  • Agent-based products sold through third-party suppliers (subject to their return policies)

2. EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you're located in the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

Withdrawal Terms

  • You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods — no reason required
  • The withdrawal period begins the day you or a third party (other than the carrier) receives the item
  • It’s sufficient to send your cancellation notice before the 14-day deadline
