At Ayali, we’re committed to providing fast, reliable, and transparent shipping — both within the UAE and internationally. This policy outlines all relevant delivery terms in accordance with local regulations and Google Merchant Center guidelines.


Shipping Within the United Arab Emirates (UAE)

  • Free shipping on all orders above AED 20

  • Standard delivery timeframe: 3 to 9 business days

  • Orders are shipped via Emirates Post, Aramex, or DHL

  • All orders include a tracking number, sent via email upon shipment


International Shipping

  • We ship to selected countries worldwide

  • Estimated delivery timeframe: 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination

  • Carriers: DHL and Aramex

  • Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays

  • Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before dispatch

  • You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking link once your order has shipped


Tracking & Delivery

  • A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your order is fulfilled

  • Real-time shipment updates are available via the courier's tracking page

  • If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the buyer may be charged for re-delivery


Packaging & Sustainability

  • All orders are shipped using minimal, eco-friendly packaging

  • Our packaging is designed to protect your items and reduce environmental impact


Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to the following regions/countries: Europe/Amerika

  • Products are shipped only after full payment is received and confirmed

  • We reserve the right to cancel or delay orders due to logistical issues or force majeure
